Meet Tracy – Owner & Master Stylist
Tracy’s passion for the beauty industry began at a young age and has only grown stronger throughout her career. Inspired by her grandmother, who owned a salon, Tracy always felt called to the world of beauty. In a meaningful twist of fate, she was even born on her grandmother’s birthday—making her path feel all the more destined.
Tracy is a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School and brings over 30 years of hands-on experience behind the chair. Her dedication to education and excellence led her to become an educator at the Aveda Institute in Jacksonville, where she mentored and inspired the next generation of beauty professionals.
She is certified and highly skilled in precision haircuts, custom hair color, hair extensions, and keratin smoothing treatments. Known for her attention to detail and her ability to bring out each guest’s natural beauty, Tracy truly loves making people feel their absolute best.
When she’s not at the salon, you’ll likely find Tracy enjoying the beach, traveling, or spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and their three beloved fur babies.
Her salon is the culmination of a lifelong dream—rooted in passion, built on experience, and centered around making every client feel confident, beautiful, and at home.

With 2 years of experience behind the chair, Lauren brings creativity, precision, and a passion for all things beauty. She specializes in hair color, custom haircuts, lash enhancements, and flawless spray tans — helping each client leave feeling confident and radiant.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Lauren enjoying time with horses or out on the water, soaking up sunshine on a boat. Her down-to-earth energy and love for connection make every appointment feel like a visit with a friend.
